Who is he?

You're actually interested in who I am? Hope I don't disappoint.

Currently working on: improving software application experiences through a user-centered approach for the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute at National Institutes of Health.

What I do. Build effortless experiences using an empathetic, user data-driven approach as the cornerstone of every product. Fascinated by user behavior and always exploring ways to improve the engagement and enjoyment of any experience.

Why I do it? I’ve always had a penchant for creative problem solving and illustrating information in a way anyone can understand. I carry a robust curiosity that never fails to lead me to new experiences, fresh perspectives and new ideas. Exploiting my love for collaboration and design thinking, I hope to not only solve business problems, but people problems too. UX is invisible design, yet the payoff can be seen by the masses.

Who is doing it? Outside of the job you may find me looking for the next great meal or cooking a mediocre one. Playing dinosaur chase with my niece. Checking for cheap flights. Damaging my ears at a concert. Consuming and creating music. And last but not least, watching dance videos where the choreography is too hard for me. But I still try at least.
